Carefully considering the current situation, the German strategist has his own views on the future of Manchester United players.
ESPN claim Anthony Martial and Eric Bailly are both ready to leave Manchester United in January, hoping to find more regular appearances at other clubs. However, at the moment, both are worried that they will not be able to leave Old Trafford.
For their part, the Red Devils did not prevent any player in the first team from leaving in the Eastern market. However, they only accept to part with their stars through loan agreements, and partner clubs have to pay the entire salary of these players. Moreover, Man United also wants to receive a certain fee.
Notably, as revealed by ESPN, not only Martial and Bailly, but also coach Ralf Rangnick do not want to part with any names in the squad. Instead, because of the risk of losing the service of many players due to COVID-19, the German strategist wants to keep the current force until the end of the season.
Previously, Man Utd had rejected an offer from Sevilla for Martial, while Juventus did not want to meet the requirements of the Red Devils. As for Bailly, the limited financial capacity makes Milan not eligible to meet what Man Utd requires for this central defender.
